USU Organizes Online Basic Training for Permanent Non-Civil Servant Lecturer Candidates Batch I 2021

HR Bureau - Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is again organizing Basic Training for non-civil servant permanent lecturer candidates for Batch I in 2021 which is carried out online. Basic training starts Monday, August 02, 2021 until August 06, 2021 and is attended by 48 non-civil servant permanent lecturer candidates in the USU environment.
The activity began with the opening by the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Rahma Yurliani, S.Psi., and was opened by USU Vice Rector II, Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., M.SP., M.Psi., also attended by the Head of the HR Bureau, Dra. Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, M.SP., Head of Development & Welfare, Suriawan Harahap, S.T., Head of Personnel, Eliza Ambarwenny Rahayu, S.T., M.Si., and Head of Planning and Development Subdivision, Joko Susilo, S.Kom., Head of Welfare and Remuneration Subdivision, Meilina Ramona, S.E., Head of Educator Subdivision Nurdi, Head of Education Subdivision M. Rusdi, S.E., Ak.
USU Vice Rector II, Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., M.SP. in his opening remarks for Basic Training for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Lecturer Candidates Batch I in the USU environment said that this year's Basic Training is still the same as the last Basic Training which was held online because we are still hit by the covid-19 pandemic which requires us not to meet each other face to face first.
Human Resources are the most important asset in an organization. The Universitas Sumatera Utara with our common goal of making a world-class university requires strong, great, and characterized human resources. For this reason, lecturers have a shared responsibility to make USU a World Class University. Basic Training is currently a mandatory training for all permanent non-civil servant lecturers in the USU environment. For this reason, we hope that this Basic Training can form quality individuals, have good performance, are highly dedicated, and understand and present values that are guided by integrity and professionalism, as well as increase knowledge and can develop themselves and actualize them in everyday life.
