On Monday, June 2, 2025, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held the Decree Handover Ceremony for the Appointment of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) to full Civil Servants (PNS). The event took place on the 8th floor of the DCLB Building at the USU campus and was attended by university leadership and the CPNS recipients.
A total of 128 CPNS officially received their Appointment Decrees as PNS after completing the mandatory probation and training period in accordance with applicable regulations. The symbolic handover of the decrees was carried out by the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., who in his remarks emphasized the importance of integrity, professionalism, and loyalty in carrying out duties as state civil apparatus within the higher education environment.
