A solemn morning apple was held on Monday (10/06/2024) in the front yard of the USU Rectorate Building led by the Vice-Rector for Finance and Human Resources, Dr Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., M.SP.
The Human Resources Bureau, Finance Bureau, and the Directorate of Law and Organization attended this morning's briefing. The Vice Rector for Finance and Human Resources conveyed several points, including the importance of all employees focusing on achieving IKU (Key Performance Indicators) and improving their service.
"I would like to say that IKU (Key Performance Indicators) is essential, and we must focus on achieving this IKU. In addition, it must be even better to provide services to stakeholders because, indeed, our main task is service. I also hope that senior employees who already have experience can guide young employees so that their potential can be developed," said Muhammad Arifin Nasution.
