Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) conducted its morning assembly routine on Monday, February 17, 2025, led by the Vice Rector for Finance and Human Resources, Dr. Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., MSP. The assembly took place in the main courtyard of USU and was attended by all educational staff within the USU rectorate.
This morning assembly is a regular activity conducted by USU as part of efforts to strengthen discipline, boost work spirit, and foster a sense of togetherness within the campus environment. In his address, Dr. Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., MSP., emphasized the importance of commitment to creating a better academic environment, innovating, and focusing on human resource development.
"Through this morning assembly, we are all reminded to always be enthusiastic in carrying out our respective duties and responsibilities. Additionally, we must collectively support the various work programs that have been devised by the University to advance USU into an excellent and competitive higher education institution," stated Dr. Muhammad Arifin Nasution, S.Sos., MSP.
The Vice Rector for Finance and Human Resources also stressed that USU's success as a leading university greatly depends on the cooperation of all elements, including students, lecturers, and educational staff. "May every step we take together bring greater benefits, both for the campus environment and for the wider community," he added.
