The visit was welcomed by the Head of BKD Provsu and his staff. This meeting is a follow-up to the USU Cooperation with BKD Provsu regarding implementing the Personnel System in North Sumatra. This meeting was held to improve the performance of human resources in the field of data management, management and personnel administration.
The hope is that all personnel management activities within the Universitas Sumatera Utara are already digital-based to minimize paper use.
