The socialization event was opened by the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Erwin, S.T., M.T. and the resource person was the Head of the Subdivision of Educators of the HR Bureau, Nurdi. This socialization event was attended by all representatives of the Faculty Personnel Administration Executives who handle the proposal and assessment of lecturer credit scores.

It is hoped that with this socialization event, participants (employees) will get additional information about determining credit scores, increasing functional positions, evaluating facilities and infrastructure, and improving the quality of employees who are better at their duties in handling the process of proposing and determining credit scores.
