The socialization event was opened by the vice rector II, Prof. Dr. dr. M. Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked (OG)., Sp.OG (K), and as the moderator at this event the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Erwin, S.T., M.T., and the resource persons were Prof. Dr. Erman Munir, M.Sc., Prof. Dr. Arlina Nurbaity Lubis, S.E., M.A., and Dr. Rudy Sofian, S.S., M.Hum.

The Socialization of Determination of Credit Score (PAK) for Lecturers to the Functional Position of Head Lecturer was attended by approximately 100 lecturers from each Universitas Sumatera Utara faculty who will improve their functional position to the position of Head Lecturer. The Vice Rector II and Resource Persons hope that with the implementation of this socialization, lecturers will be more motivated to increase the level of functional positions and their careers and can understand information about determining credit scores and increasing functional positions.
