This socialization was opened by the Head of the Human Resources Bureau, Mrs. Dra. Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, M.SP. On this occasion also attended the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Erwin, S.T., M.T., who gave his remarks regarding the Determination of Librarian Credit Score. He hopes that the current librarians at USU will remain as librarians, can attract other education personnel to become librarians, and strive for USU to create non-civil servant librarians. So that the number of librarians at USU can continue to increase. The event continued with the presentation of material from the speakers. The speakers at the Socialization of Credit Score Determination (PAK) were Drs. Syakirin Pangaribuan, S.H., Murniaty, S.Sos. and Evi Yulfimar, S.Sos.

The Socialization of Credit Score Determination (PAK) of Librarian Functional Position was attended by around 23 librarian participants who served at the Universitas Sumatera Utara Library. The Head of the Human Resources Bureau and the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources together with the speakers hoped to improve the competence and career of librarians. They are expected to be able to understand and fulfill PAK, and have the ability to prepare DUPAK. In addition, librarians are also required to be careful in managing the main and supporting documents as supporting evidence of DUPAK.
