Online Basic Training for Permanent USU Non-Civil Servant Lecturer Candidates Batch V 2020

HR Bureau - Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is again organizing Basic Training for non-civil permanent lecturer candidates for the V batch of 2020 which is conducted online.
Basic training starts Monday, October 19, 2020 until October 23, 2020 and is attended by 30 non-civil permanent lecturer candidates in the USU environment. The activity was opened by USU Vice Rector II, Prof. Dr. M. Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked (OG), Sp.OG (K), Expert Staff to the Rector for Human Resources, Erwin Sitorus, S.T., M.T., Head of the HR Bureau, M. Simba Sembiring, S.E., M.Si., Head of Development & Welfare, Vindi Dwi Antonio, S.Kom., Head of Personnel, Dra. Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, M.SP., and Head of Planning and Development Subdivision, Dina Amriyani Hasibuan, S.Kom.
Prof. Fidel emphasized that the basic training must be attended by every candidate for non-civil servant permanent educators and education personnel in the USU environment. Without attending basic training, they will not be able to get status as permanent employees.
"If it is likened to prayer, then this basic training is the ablution. Without ablution, prayer is not valid. So without basic training, a prospective non-civil servant permanent lecturer will also not be able to be authorized as a USU non-civil servant permanent lecturer".
He also expressed his gratitude and felt proud of all teaching staff (Lecturers) who participated in the basic training in batch V of 2020.
