The visit to the Universitas Sumatera Utara was represented by Gustina Manzanita as the Head of the Administration Subdivision of the Directorate General of Science Resources of the Ministry of Education and Culture along with one of his staff, Muhammad Irhash Aliya. This Monitoring and Evaluation was held on Tuesday, December 2, 2020 starting at 13.00 WIB, located in the Academic Senate Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the USU Central Bureau of Administration Building.
The event was opened by the Head of the Development and Welfare Section of the Human Resources Bureau, Vindi Dwi Antonio, S.Kom., and remarks on behalf of the Vice Rector II delivered by the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Erwin, S.T., M.T., and the Head of the Human Resources Bureau, Dra. Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, M.SP.
Since 2017, the submission of PDLN licenses and recommendations has been carried out through the SIMPEL application in a paperless manner and the process is felt to be easier to apply. However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, there was a change in the mechanism for applying for PDLN permits and recommendations manually again on the grounds of preventing human mobility in and out of other countries.
This Monev was also attended by the Foreign Service Travel Administration Management Team (PDLN) for Civil Servants (PNS) of the Universitas Sumatera Utara which is a coordination between the Human Resources Bureau and the USU Research, PKM and Cooperation Bureau. This monev discussed the obstacles faced in applying for permits and recommendations for Foreign Service Travel (PDLN) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The USU Management Team hopes that the proposals that have been submitted can be processed immediately and the SIMPEL Application can be accessed again soon.
The event was closed by the Head of the Development and Welfare Section of the Human Resources Bureau, Vindi Dwi Antonio, S.Kom. at 15.00 WIB ending with a photo with all participants who attended this monitoring and evaluation event.
