The Rector said that the inauguration of these new officials would be able to bring new energy and enthusiasm that would add to USU's strength in realizing all of its big targets and goals.
"I remind you that to achieve the progress of this university requires integrity, devotion, tenacity, and hard work together," he said.
He added that USU is currently continuing to spur itself and its strengths and race against time towards international standard universities, and improve itself in making all the necessary improvements in various fields.
"Be it improvements in academic services, institutional governance and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure that are able to accommodate and support all activities and work programs that have been set," said Dr. Muryanto.
According to the rector, all targets from the work program plan certainly cannot be achieved without the support of ready-made, skilled, and reliable human resources, who are also able to respond to any changes that occur quickly and well.
"The end result will certainly have an impact on the achievement of the big goal of USU, which is to become an international standard university," he said.
The Rector appealed to the newly appointed officials to be able to maintain harmony with colleagues, as well as institutional partners.
