The USU Human Resources Bureau conducted an activity entitled "Strengthening the Main Values in Providing the Best Service" from August 19 to 30, 2024. This activity is designed to improve the quality of service and strengthen the BINTANG values in the USU faculty environment.
This event aims to strengthen the commitment of all education personnel of the Universitas Sumatera Utara in applying the principles of BINTANG values in every aspect of service to create an environment that is more professional, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students, lecturers, and staff. Through the material presented by the resource person and the excellent service roleplay, participants gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills to apply BINTANG values in daily practice.
This activity is part of an ongoing effort to improve service quality across all university faculties. We believe that by reinforcing the BINTANG values, USU can create a better academic and administrative experience for all parties involved.
The event was filled with experts and practitioners in service management and values. USU hopes to involve all elements of the campus to ensure effective and sustainable implementation. USU is committed to making this event a momentum for positive change and improved service quality in the future.
