To improve the quality of human resource services in the USU environment, a Smart Discussion of Human Resource Management was held on Wednesday and Thursday, June 19-20, 2024, in the HR Bureau, 2nd Floor, USU Rectorate Building Meeting Room.
This activity presented Mr. Endri Heriyanto, S.H., M.Kn, as a resource person who is the Secretary of the Directorate of Human Resources at the Universitas Gajah Mada. This discussion also invited the Director and Secretary of the Directorate of Law and Organization, Director of the Directorate of Digitalization and System Integration, Head of the Human Resources Bureau, Manager of the Organizational Division at the Directorate of Law and Organization along with the Head of the Planning and Development Section of the HR Bureau, Head of Sub Division of Education Personnel of the HR Bureau, Head of Sub Division of Planning and Development of the HR Bureau, Acting of the Head Subdivision for Educators HR Bureau and Acting of the Head Subdivision for Welfare and Remuneration HR Bureau.
The discussion materials include management related to teaching staff, education staff, career development of lecturers and tenders, organizational and legal governance of State Universities with Legal Entity Status, performance-based incentives, and welfare and remuneration management.
