The Human Resources Bureau of Universitas Sumatera Utara organized a socialization event regarding the Study Assignment (TB) program for lecturers within USU. The event, held on Wednesday (November 20), aimed to provide a clearer understanding of the procedures, requirements, and benefits of the Study Assignment Program, which lecturers can participate in to further their studies both domestically and abroad. The socialization event, held in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Faculty of Medicine at USU, was attended by lecturers from various faculties and human resources managers within USU.
During the event, explanations were provided about the steps that lecturers interested in participating in the Study Assignment program must go through, including the application submission process, administrative requirements, and obligations that must be fulfilled by lecturers while undertaking the study assignment. Additionally, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions related to the program. Several lecturers present at the event expressed their enthusiasm for the opportunities offered through the Study Assignment program, which can expand their knowledge and skills in academic and research fields.
This socialization activity is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the Study Assignment program and encourage more lecturers to participate in enhancing their academic quality through further education.
