This forum was opened by the Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources, Erwin, S.T., M.T. which was followed by a presentation of material from the speakers. The speakers at this Forum Discussion Group (FGD) were Prof. Dr. Timbangen Sembiring, M.Sc., Drs. Nursal, M.Si., Pinde, S.Si., and Abdi Santoso, S.Farm., Apt., M.Biomed.
The Forum Discussion Group (FGD) for Credit Score Assessment of PLP Functional Position was attended by around 20 PLP participants in the Universitas Sumatera Utara. The Rector's Expert Staff for Human Resources together with the Resource Persons expected an increase in the competence and career of PLP Personnel, being able to understand and fulfill PAK and the preparation of DUPAK and conduct research as an effort of professional development.
