Submit a letter of request for payment of lecturer professional allowances or honor allowances addressed to the Rector signed by the Dean of the Faculty

Attach a teaching certificate from the Dean of the Faculty (profession allowance)

Attach Tridharma implementation (profession allowance)

Attach an educator certificate (profession allowance)

Attach the decision letter of the professor's functional position (honor allowance)

Attach the decision letter of the last promotion and position
B. Requirements for Submission of Lecturer Professional Allowances for Lecturers Who Have Completed Education or Further Studies
