Duties Function and Objective

The Human Resources Bureau, as an administrative implementing element at the university level, functions to carry out the administration of the human resources sector, including:

Creating, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and developing a human resource management system.
Creating human resource management policies.
Carrying out personnel management activities.
Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of activities in the field of personnel administration.
Coordinating and facilitating efforts and activities to improve the quality of human resources.
Creating and coordinating the implementation of a performance evaluation system, a "reward and punishment" system, and career development planning.
Creating and monitoring the implementation of a performance-based remuneration and welfare system.
Supporting the implementation of coaching and actions to control employees.
Managing an integrated human resource information system.
Creating programs and monitoring the implementation of Learning and Development Center activities.

  1. Organizing personnel administration in general in addition to developing employees according to their respective duties.
  2. Creation of personnel administration services in various fields, fast, precise, and quality, to achieve customer satisfaction.
