Requirements:

Learning Task Decree from the Chancellor to participate in the education program

Certificate of selection of new student candidates for the first study assistance request. (SPI and SPP 1 request)

Certificate of active students

Study progress report per semester (Study Report)

Proof of payment of tuition fees for the current semester

Certificate of having passed the thesis examination / passed the proposal seminar / colloquium for submission of assistance research

Research proposals that have been approved by the manager of the Postgraduate Program

Original lux-bound thesis/dissertation
Service Flow

Student employees submit an application for Study Assistance along with complete files in accordance with the requirements through the Faculty / Work Unit

Faculty/Working Unit makes a cover letter for study assistance application to the Rector

The HR Bureau receives a proposal for study assistance from the Faculty / Work Unit

The Head of the Sub-Division of Welfare and Remuneration verifies the study assistance proposal files that meet the requirements. requirements, then submits the study assistance proposal file to the paymaster

The Paymaster of the HR Bureau receives files that have met the requirements to be processed for granting assistance

The Paymaster of the HR Bureau makes payments by transfer to the student employee's account.
