Requirements for Procurement and Acceptance of Lecturers (PNS and NON PNS)

Requirements:

1. Permanent USU Lecturer

  1. Anyone can be appointed as a Permanent Lecturer if they meet the general requirements and special requirements. special requirements.

  2. General requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) include:

    1. Indonesian Citizens

    2. Pious to God Almighty

    3. Loyal to Pancasila as the foundation of the state, the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia

    4. In the case of master's graduates or equivalent, the maximum age is 35 (thirty-five) years old

    5. Physically, mentally, and drug-free proven by a doctor's certificate from a hospital hospital

    6. Never been sentenced to imprisonment or confinement for committing a criminal offense based on a court decision that already has permanent legal force

    7. Never been dishonorably discharged as a civil servant or as a private employee

    8. Not bound as PNS Lecturers or Permanent Lecturers at other universities and / or as Lecturers at other institutions

    9. Good behavior

    10. High commitment to the development of USU

    11. Passed selection; and

    12. Complete other specified administrative requirements

  1. The special requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) include:

    1. Have the lowest academic qualifications of a master's program graduate or equivalent in a field of science that is in accordance with the field of assignment.

    2. Academic qualifications come from an accredited university of at least B / very good

    3. The academic achievement of the master program is at least a cumulative grade point average of 3 (three); and

    4. Have a score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language or its equivalent of at least 500 (five hundred)

2. USU Non-permanent Lecturers

  1. Anyone can be appointed as a Non-Permanent Lecturer if they meet the general requirements and specific requirements.

  2. General requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) include:

    1. Pious to the Almighty God

    2. Physically, mentally, and drug-free proven by a doctor's certificate from the hospital

    3. Have academic qualifications, proficiency, expertise, and skills in accordance with the required field of work

    4. Never been sentenced to imprisonment or confinement for committing a criminal offense based on a court decision that already has permanent legal force

    5. Never been dishonorably discharged as an employee / lecturer at another agency / institution outside USU

    6. High commitment to the development of USU

    7. Additional document requirements according to the formation applied for

Alur Pelayanan

  1. Permanent Lecturer Candidates must follow the selection process in accordance with the need

  2. Selection of Permanent Lecturer Candidates is carried out in a transparent and accountable manner.

  3. Permanent Lecturer selection forms include:

    1. Administrative selection

    2. Basic skills test

    3. Subject-matter proficiency test

    4. Teaching test

    5. Interview

  4. The selection as referred to in paragraph (1) is excluded for Permanent Lecturer vacancies from the invitation path as referred to in Article 10 paragraph (2) letter b.
