Lecturer Certification Requirements
Requirements:

Have NIDN for permanent lecturers or have NIDK for Clinical Educator Doctors (Dokdiknis) or have NIDK for part-time lecturers

Have a functional position of at least Expert Assistant

Have rank/space classification or inpassing for non-ASN lecturers

Have a working period as a Lecturer of at least 2 years consecutively starting from the date (tmt) of first appointment in the functional position of Lecturer

Fulfill Lecturer Workload (BKD) 2 years in a row

Meet the threshold value (passing grade) of the Basic Academic Ability Test (TKDA) from the Institution recognized by Kemendikbudristek

Meet the threshold value (passing grade) of the English Language Proficiency Test (TKBI) from the Institution recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture; and
-
Have a Certificate of Basic Skills Improvement Program for Instructional Techniques (PEKERTI) or Applied Approach (AA) from a college implementing the PEKERTI/AA Program recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Lecturers monitor the status of fulfillment of requirements as Serdos participants on the Serdos Service menu using the Lecturer account on the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) application at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (sister.usu.ac.id)

Lecturers complete unmet requirements

USU as a PT proposer (PTU) through the HR Bureau uploads the Lecturer Performance Report (LKD) document on the SISTER PT page

Organizers of the Basic Academic Skills Test (TKD), English Language Proficiency Test (TKBI) and Applied Approach Training Organizers report score data and certificate documents on the website: https://sister.kemdikbud.go.id

SISTER Kemdikbudristek application periodically updates the eligible status of certified lecturer candidates (DYS).

USU through the HR Bureau synchronizes through SISTER USU periodically so that data exchange occurs between SISTER USU with SISTER Kemdikbudristek
